Born and raised in California, I grew up in an era when people were becoming enlightened and being drawn to many different ways of becoming happy.  Some healthy, some not so healthy... nevertheless people were seeking.  I too began seeking from an early age. Growing up, I have always been on the empathetic side, feeling and seeing things in ways that other people didn't, or couldn't understand.  Sometimes being this way made life more of a challenge for me, but as I grew older and learned to harness this trait as a gift, I saw how to use it to help people. Having this strong empathy and passionate feelings about self-improvement, I could feel how rewarding it was to help others.  I realized early on this is the reason I am here on this planet.

I have always been fascinated by hypnotherapy.  The potential to get to the root cause of underlying issues gave me much hope for myself and felt like my life's calling.  

I researched becoming a hypnotherapist and decided to take the leap and get the highest-level of education I could find. Being the best I could be for my clients was of utmost importance to me.
 
In September of 2014, I enrolled in a year-long certification program at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI), the only nationally accredited college of Hypnotherapy, located in Los Angeles, CA (also known as the "Harvard of Hypnotherapy" because of its extensive training).  I followed my dreams and became a Certified Hypnotherapist.  I am a member of the American Hypnosis Association (Certification #: 28704503) and the HMI Honors Society.

Loving and collecting things from the past, especially anything from the 1970's, dancing the night away to classic rock, the metaphysical, watching the ocean, connecting with new people, living, loving and learning.
